Alberto Curci, alias Albees, has supported and contributed to the Drum and Bass movement in Italy since the early 2000s. Over the course of his journey as a DJ, he shared the decks with some relevant artists of the genre. Recently he shifted his focus on music production, adding brand new skills to his formation. As a firm supporter of dusty vinyl tones, he is significantly influenced by early funk recordings, breakbeats and 90s hiphop resonances. Albees' sound is marked by rolling and natural feeling drums paired to deep and heavy distorted techy basslines. Currently signed on Jungle Pride Rec, Holographic Audio, Four Corners Music, Incurzion Audio and many more.
